Your website did not indicate that this was a fumigation device. I live in a senior apartment building. All of the doors have gaps under them. My apartment also has weather stripping issues on the front door. I do not feel that I could contain the chemicals. I emailed customer service four days ago asking if I could return the unopened product. I've heard nothing at all from your staff. I will also be writing a poor Google review.

I purchased a bundle of four for my 1000 square foot basement. Followed the directions exactly and had no results. I do not recommend at all.

Dear Robert, We are sorry your package was delayed, as you can see in the tracking information provided below, You placed your order on 2/18 at approximately 10pm, and it was shipped via FedEx 2day air as requested the next morning. Per our customer service rep, you were offered a refund for the shipping, but you said you did not need the order anymore, so you were offered a refund, but you decided to hang up on our rep stating that we had wasted enough of your time and to day, we have not received the product back either. if you are still interested in a refund, please give us a call at 877-792-4624 and make arrangements. In the meantime, we have opened a case with FedEx and will be refunding your shipping charge. In light of this information, we ask that you reconsider your review, as we did everything possible to satisfy your claim. Dear Candace, When you placed your order we sent you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so that you can track your order, the number is 9400111108296478248287. You requested that we ship this to you via regular First Class Mail which can take up to 7 days, and in addition, the weather has cause some delays. As you can see below, your order was ship the days you placed it and the USPS states that there have been delays. You could have also called out customer service line and gotten an update on your order. I used the product as instructed in my car, and it seemed to help at first, but didn't take all the smell away. Now that some days have gone by, it is like I never used the product.
