I ordered and paid for express shipping and it’s been almost 2 weeks and still have not received my product

I used 4 of these in my 33 ft 5th wheel camper to try and remove a musty smell they did not work! 😞

I am not pleased with your with the size of your product for the price.

Very dissatisfied, i used 2000 sq foot worth on a 1600 sq foot home. Smell was still very noticeable and Biocide said I used it wrong cause I did not place one unit in each space/ room and would not honor their so called "satisfaction guarantee"

I have not received the product. Biocide's response was 'contact the USPS'. NOT good customer service November 15, 2021 After two emails, the company has sent a replacement product. Their response with the second notice was much more professional

1 star is for the company not the product. Product works great. Ordered 4 pack and premium for 3 day shipping. Didn't receive the product until 5 days after their email confirming ship date. Contacted asking for refund on shipping with no response. They sent this opinion and now are getting an honest assessment of the situation.

The packs I got were all ripped apart, it looks like rats got to it or something. I assume they were just old. I tried to call but the line is disconnected and there is no email address or way to contact the company. I was going to report them to the BBB
