My first payment of approximately $102 was received, but I was informed that there was an issue with my registration and was asked to place a new order with the assurance that my money would be recovered or refunded. Following the instructions, I made a second payment of approximately $102. I provided the requested registration details, identification information, and other documents. I also contacted support through email as instructed. Later, I received an email congratulating me that my account had been activated and that further details would be provided shortly. However, I never received my account details. Around 20 days later, I contacted support again using another email address. I was told that there was no order associated with the email address I had used for my two purchases. I have payment proofs, emails, and other supporting documents for both transactions. I genuinely want to understand what happened to my money and my account. Please review my case, check both payments and my activation confirmation, and contact me to provide my account details or a proper resolution. I am willing to cooperate and provide all the evidence needed. I hope the team will take this matter seriously and help resolve it fairly.
