This my impartial review of bilstoncues, the product I received and the customer service experience. Initially my experience was positive while discussing cue specs with steven and the period waiting for it to be built. The cues are unique and was excited to receive such a distinctive cue ! Upon receiving the cue it was unfortunately warped , it was sent back to be straightened and asked for the small marks in the shaft to be removed , i received the cue back around a month later , while the cue was almost perfectly straight there was a slight bend still noticable , also the same issues that I had asked to be rectified were still present. I sent photos and videos as proof and was told the cue was perfect when it was sent , but contradicting the issues I had found the second time. Lack of quality checks prior to sending to me twice. Overall my experience was good , until there were problems , which has damaged any trust i would have to have in future so cannot recommend, you have been warned

Till now I have not bothered with trust pilot but a customer of mine has said there is but one review of my cues here. I just want to reply to the bull that has been written. There are 3 guys besides myself that make my cues here in England each of them has over 30 years of making cues of the highest standard possible and have their own brands . They work for me on a sit of sub contract basis where I supply all the materials and pay them for their labour only I also sell cues made abroad mainly from thailand. These cues are cheaper as the labour cost there is lower and I bade them up diferently and sell them cheaper. Because I am known as someone who slates the cowboys in this industry when I have proof some of these cowboys write fake reviews which is what I believe the only review here at the moment is. In over 20 years of trading not one person has ever been unsatisfied with a cue purchased from me. Wity

I would strongly advise against buying from this seller. In my experience, most of their cues are sourced from overseas manufacturers and then Re-Badged as their own work, which can be misleading. The quality of the cues I’ve seen is not up to standard, particularly in terms of material selection and overall craftsmanship,he barely knows how to affix a name badge. i would recommend looking very carefully at what you’re buying. Appalling customer service when issues arise. His language is inappropriate and unprofessional. Acting like an abusive alcoholic. Shocking service! Avoid this seller!
