If you are considering this major step, the Law office of John T. Orcutt should be your first call
This is my only experience utilizing a bankruptcy attorney. Albeit very stressful, Mr. Orcutt's office, and specifically, Jessica Mayo, treated me so professionally and kind that I honestly was amazed. I honestly felt going in to this like I was going to be treated like I was a criminal. Instead, I was treated with dignity and was being given a second chance. I was actually given hope again instead of the thought that there was no hope. That meant so much to me and was so appreciated and dignifying. Jessica Mayo has done nothing but treated me as a professional and has been punctual and respectful and answered all of my questions timely. No question has gone unanswered. She has gone above and beyond. John's office needs 100 more of her. I definitely hope that people do not have to go this route; however, if they do, I definitely recommend utilizing the offices of John T. Orcutt. At least go in and discuss what is best for your situation. It may not be bankruptcy, but these folks are trained in this field and can advise you on the route to take. I am not sorry on the advice that Jessica gave to me. She saved me. Thanks so much Jessica Mayo!!!
