I was very disappointed in the product you provided to me. Since you stated that it was customized for the State of Florida, I expected it to be more complete. What you provided me was a generic form I could have easily typed up myself. The zip code for the buyer was omitted, the required Odometer Disclosure Statement was missing as was the title certificate number, all of which are required on the Florida form. VERY disappointed..... Ended up having to hand-complete the Florida form, which was free of charge online....
