Awful experience. Could not understand the man on the phone. He was rude then hung on me. Do not trust them for anything.

I took time out of my day and scheduled an appointment with this company and was scheduled for a zoom call. I attended on time and the representative was late. When he did come on he advised that they are not taking on any more practices in my specialty as they are overloaded and not able to accommodate us. This was a total waste of time and as we all know time is money. I would not recommend this company for this reason. Claims typically require timely follow up and this company could not even get to the initial appointment on time and deliver on services.

We have been working with Billing Freedom for over 2 years now, and we are loving the service. They are so attentive to every detail. They go above and beyond with getting us the best and most for our clinic and have resolved every insurance and billing issue we have been presented with! 10/10 recommend.

I was introduced to billing freedom when Covid started , it was a blessing for me and my practice as it was so hard and still hard to find reliable staff. My virtual MA is educated and trained in medical field .she is always there everyday wheather it rains or shine They never call in sick and there was no problem with staff no shows when your office is really full. Management have tailored the services according to my needs and they were always very accommodating for any extra work I needed to get done. My virtual MA calls patient to schedule their appointments,answer phone calls overflow as well as receive call when I need them to take it in case of a busy day They call my patients with lab and image results , notify them of any messages me and my medical assistant in clinic want them to relay that to my patient pool. They does all my prior auth for drugs and different tests and referrals specially HMO insurance. They requested patients records and notified me as they received it in timely manner. my in office staff was very happy as it takes away a lot of work from them as prior auth could be so time consuming and painful. I already had a billing company so they did not do my billing but they always asked if I needed any extra help they could have helped me in that area too as they have well experienced staff / billers for that too. I am very thankful to Mr Safi who is the CEO of the company and manages the operation very closely . If I have any question , concerns or suggestions, he listens and act on it very quickly as he is very accessible all the time . I always get response when I call to reach him I have already refered billing freedom to my friends n colleagues and they have good experience with them too. I am simply thankful for all the help I get from them in an affordable price. So I would do 2 thumbs up 👍 👍

Very outstanding service. They handled our billing, and we can see a huge change between what we were and what we are now.
