I recently had a problem with my QuckBooks file that required a repaired file to be installed. I contacted BigTime to help me get things back on track with syncing BigTime to the new QBs file. Derek was very helpful and had my newest problem solved in a few minutes. Thank you.

Very user friendly! Ease of issuing invoices and ease of timekeeping. Of course, let us not forget the wonderful training that we received from Ben!!! We would like to have a reminder sent to use for invoicing outside of our normal period. However, I understand that Ben will discuss this with us further. We currently use BigTime for timekeeping, invoicing, and project management. The newest benefit that Ben shared with us is being able to copy a project instead of having to create it from scratch. Thanks for the tip, Ben!!!

Good so far. We've only been using this version for a week, so not all reports are set up yet. Nice to be able to save things quickly and not have a long lag time when entering a new project in the time sheet like the old version did.
