BigTime made our employees like much easier by changing the way record their time and invoicing our clients. We started using BigTime because we needed deeper control for our time entries and fee tracking. The reports generated were easy to understand, and Custom reports are a great feature to produce different reports to various departments.

While the implementation with Neil was a little bumpy, we got it done. Once it's setup, it's intuitive to use and makes invoicing quick and easy. We are very excited about the integration with Quickbooks.

Its a very good tool for management of big project easily. It comprises of various tools and system management for assign the task efficiently. It can create invoices in bulk and record all the payments and pendency's. Besides this, it also store all the staff data and project details so that it able to provide the detailed report with dashboards swiftly. The user interface is very good but the attributes for entering the data of different type is not structured. Its Should be customizable as per the business requirements and drop down menus can be edited so that reduce the errors. Slightly work on the import structure as well. Overall BIG time is BIG in its work. It comprises o f all the modules required for a project completion. From staff management, Budget management, Inventory, invoicing and the TIME management is the ultimate system of this software. It complements the project completion plan and assured the staff member to work adhere with the system provided information. Its report structure is very good and can be accessed form any where.

We just started with this product and are excited to see what it can do to help us track time and budget. Also, we need a product that can track all of our jobs from start to finish and keep us up to date on where we are at any time in the job. I think Big Time can do this.

In our company we use BigTime very consistently during each week, it is a platform that allows us to establish a specific knowledge of what tasks have been completed, the time it took to complete a task, the user who completed it and many more details than They help to gain insight into the process that was used for each planned task. I'm very happy with the experience I have had with BigTime, because I have been able to have an automated monitoring of the tasks that my colleagues complete and this platform also monitors my work process. With BigTime I have also been able to track the progress of each project and have an exact planning for the delivery date of each project.

So far, I appreciate the software especially the timer option that logs your time per project. Submitting expenses seems straight forward however the submit button seems to be buried under a series of links.

BigTime was very helpful in solving all the issues we had in time, expense, budget tracking. It also has a great customer support team.

Big Time's time tracking platform and reporting features have been a huge upgrade over our previous solutions. Jeff Pollina has been an excellent partner in bringing our firm live and is very responsive when needed.
