I've had my websites with BigScoots for several years and they are very responsive and helpful anytime I have a question. They're happy to give me advice or take care of anything on their end for me so I don't have to worry about getting it right. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Best host I’ve had, beating SiteGround and Bluehost by a long shot! I’ve been with them since August 2023, and have experienced the least downtime of any host I’ve been with to date, even though I’m on the lowest shared hosting price bracket possible. (I also used WPX Hosting, which is also excellent—but much more pricey.) Every question I’ve had (urgent or just curious) has been answered quickly, usually within a few hours, even at night. Every support agent has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my websites are working the way I need them to. They know their stuff, and have been able to track down many different problems I just couldn’t figure out. Highly recommend this host!

BigScoots has been great from the start. I've been with them for a few years now. They know what they are doing and help you with any problems you may encounter with your site. They are friendly and don't charge for answering questions. They are fast to give you a solution too. Many people are afraid to ask questions for fear of being treated unkindly. Nothing to fear here, they are friendly in their interactions. LOVE THESE PEOPLE!
