Support is second to none
Support is second to none. Always quick to respond and very helpful, very persistent at solving problems. Pricing is competitive, servers are very reliable, can't remember the last time we had any downtime.

Exceptional Service 24/7/366; Highly Recommend
BigScoots has hosted my websites for longer than 7 years. Best hosting service I have ever used. My highest possible rating for BigScoots'responsiveness. Never more than 10 mins after I send a message do I get a response. And I'm talking about weekends, holidays, 24/7/366. So kind and helpful, too! BS has gone way beyond expectations on so many occasions to keep my sites up and running.
