Good, Not Quite Perfect
Dinged a star due to one of my packages having noticeable damage. The item itself was fine, however (55" TV).

Found just what I was looking for!
We recently purchased new flooring in our living room and family room which made my 25 year old couches look bad so I was looking for some thing new and spotted what I got the minute I walked into the door. Service was great as was the price and we are very pleased with our new look in those rooms.

LG washer dryer
I really love my new LG Washer and Dryer. There were a lot of models to choose from. Staff were helpful in getting me set up! Delivery and installation went smoothly. Only problem I had was using the financing at the Outlet store. When we got home, noticed we had been charged fees multiple times!! When we called, store staff were unable to explain why we were charged double fees. Was promised a follow up call with the store manager to attempt to resolve issue. Never received. SO make sure you look at EVERY charge on that sheet. Cost me over $200 extra!!!

Awesome Price and service
I ordered 60UH8500 LG TV here during pre black Friday sale. Price is the lowest I have ever seen all year long, not Best buy, not eBay, not any online store ever lower than Big Sandy. They were pretty busy during that week so processing had some delay, but reasonable. I added a soundbar to reach min free shipping order. It was freight with FedEx truck. But when arrived, soundbar is nowhere to be seen. Turns out it was out of stock, and they refunded it and I keep the free shipping. This is LG authorized dealer, I will do business with Big Sandy again for sure.

We always find what we're looking for at Big Sandy. That's the only place we go. They deliver in short time and the delivery guys are always friendly and careful with our purchases.

The delivery went well.
Had one issue...the garbage disposal was vibrating and making a loud noise. Called plumber...he found the in sinkarator knock out plug in the disposal causing all the noise. The bill cost $94.00. Working with Big Sandy for a refund. The LG refrigerator doors were not aligned properly. I adjusted them.

Exceeded Expectations
Very informative sales associate without being pushy. We had a follow up issue with a bed remote and they handled it with no issues. Very pleasurable experience.
