Acceptance now is a scam of a finance company. I have always bought all my furniture at.Big Sandy but never again after my experience with A ceptan e Now.
Acceptance Now promised a 90 day payoff with now penalty. I was not provided a copy of the contract. Every time I made a payment the put huge fees on the account as processing fees. I was not informed this and it was a. Ifhtmare to get them paid off. It's sad I have always shopped at Big Sandy. I contacted the corporate office and they promised to get back to me never heard from them again

takes to long to get product
why not have what you show to sell available ? it takes 2 months to get the product you ordered shipped

Hurricane, WV store
Good service. There was one lady at Hurricane, WV store that was extremely rude and I would never let her sell us anything. Also, they supposedly set up a time to come and fix our other sectional we also bought from Big Sandy about a year ago that a spring had broken. And they never called to make an appt or come look at it.

more precise information about product availability
Salesman and manager were polite and friendly. However, I didn't expect to wait 21 days to pick up my chair. I feel the sales people need to explain the buying process more precisely. This experience won't prevent me from future purchases at this store but, I'll ask more questions on my next visit.

deal, but four weeks or more to get the bedroom set completed and in for delivery. Way to long? We are still waiting?

Not quite what I was told
I was told the chairs came put together, but I had to put all 4 chairs and bench together. Not a big deal, it was just pitched to me differently

wasnt given choices
I had an ad that said free 55 inch tv with mattress and base purchase,,,sales person did not specify that it was one certain mattress that qualified,,i purchased a mattress and base with the thought that I would get a free 55 inch tv,,even talked to my husband at the desk as she did the paper work saying,,,"55 in, is bigger than the one in our living room,,we will put it in there and take the one out of living room and put in bedroom,,,no comment from her,,to explain that we were getting a cheap 46 inch one,,when they load it..it was a 46,so I go back in and tell her they gave the wrong one,,she says oh no you had to buy a more expensive mattress to get that,,,i wish she would have told me that before the sale was finalized,,,i may have gotten a better one to get the 55 inch but she didn't give us that choice,,if I buy again from here I will make sure about an ad that I bring in with me..and btw the tv does not have a good picture on it,,my old zenith from 2009 has a much better one..but you live and learn

During this same weekend, we were offering a 55" TV, but only with a qualifying Tempur-Pedic mattress set.
