It has taken almost two weeks to get our appliances installed. We have had three microwaves delivered so far all with some sort of damage then each time I have to reschedule a installation which takes a couple days longer. It would have been worth paying more to have good service and next day installation

Ordered some furniture via the website. Apparently they were having issues and couldn't process credit cards. After a few days, got it to go through. Was notified when my products were at the warehouse for delivery. Scheduled delivery and when they brought it out one piece was missing. So they had to order that piece in and I had to have a second delivery. After taking delivery the first time I was looking over all the pieces and some were damaged. Not major but noticeable. I contacted them and was told their service department would contact me. I'm still waiting and that was like 2 months ago. Overall a very subpar experience. I probably wouldn't shop there again since their prices really aren't that much lower that comparable competitors.

The delivery men had to come out 6 different times. Each time of course came with the window in which I had to call off work. The first time, multiple pieces of furniture were badly broken and a few pieces were missing. No problem, up to this point I had a great experience with them. Two of the drawers that are under my bed were badly damaged, there was no hardware to connect the drawers and the slats were missing. The guy said he would be back later on that day. When he came back the slats were for a different bed. He brought one drawer said the other would be delivered at a later time but still no hardware. They came a couple days later with the couch that was broken the first time and a couple other items. Still no slats. Next delivery was the drawer for under the bed, they remembered the hardware this time! Still no slats. Next time they came out they brought the correct color bench to my kitchen table (the first one did not match the color of the table). Still no slats. The next time they came out they brought slats for a queen even though I have a king size bed. The next time they came out they brought the slats but no hardware. At this point I have given up. I spent over $10,000 that day and they refuse to work with me. I am now stuck with two kitchen chairs that rock, had to supply my own hardware for the bed and a dresser drawer that was stuck and when it did open it was obvious that they rigged it and delivered it to me. I was told 3 different times from the manager that she would check on my order and call me back. I didnt get a call back. Called corporate and left a message to escalate the issue so they know what was going on. Did not recieve a phone call back. I've given up. When i decide to replace the broken furniture i will not be going back to big sandy. Oh yeah they did mail me a 100 gift card for my troubles, all i wanted was the furniture that i ordered to be in somewhat good shape. I dont want the gift card and wont be using it. JUST FIX THE PROBLEM. Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere.

Very poor service. Our order was messed up multiple times and the wrong washer/dryer and bed was delivered.

Customer service-terrible. Over all experience terrible. Sales associate very rude. Financing rules changed from what ad first stated. Purchased couch and recliner on black friday. Was able to pick up couch after failed delivery a week later. After picking up couch and recliner, realized power cords were missing. Had to borrow power packs from store and still have not received power cords from store. Will never purchase from this store again.

Still working to resolve our issues.

Terrible bedroom suit they brought 6 out all together couldn't get it right and still haven't. would never do business here again.

Terrible. Terrible no idea what they are doing. Store stock is a mess, a disaster. Months to get things right.
