We came here to primarily look for a mattress but didn't think we would find anything, but since we've been meaning to check out the store we decided why not. The store was very impressive. A nice selection of furniture, accessories, etc, and all displayed very nicely. We initially went to the mattress area, and unlike other mattress stores we were at that day, we were not immediately approached by a salesperson. That was refreshing at first, but then it became a bit annoying because we were seriously shopping around. They were busy with other customers, but you'd think they would have at least acknowledged we were there - I knocked a star off for that. We eventually left and went elsewhere. After looking at other stores, we returned because we liked a mattress we saw at Big Sandy the best for the price. Again, we were not acknowledged right away, and we had to eventually seek out help. Our salesperson showed us clearance mattresses just in case we were interested which I thought was very considerate. We didn't like them, so we proceeded with purchasing the one we liked. The whole process, once we were helped, was very positive. And we are happy with our new mattress. I will definitely return when I need any other furniture.

Salesman were very knowledgeable and helpful without over powering us. Delivery team was courteous and on time. They knew what needed to be done and they were very efficient but they didn't get all the snow off of their shoes and walked on new carpet.

I loved our salesperson - Scott - in mattresses. The purchase went well - he was not nigh pressure at all, very knowledgeable about mattresses and the mattress industry. I shopped around and didn't find lower prices. The only snafu was the delivery. The delivery was set up at the time of purchase. Scott called me to tell me delivery would be delayed a bit due to weather in the Carolinas. That was fine. Then the day before the second delivery date, I got a call I thought would be someone telling me the delivery time. The mattress didn't make it on the truck so it was again delayed. When the mattress was finally delivered, it went very smoothly. We are VERY happy with our mattress set and would absolutely buy from there again!

I love my Big Sandys furniture from when Kathy helped me in the store to having it delivered. Although one of my pieces wasn't in good condition And had some damage to it at the dock, Big Sandys was honest and wanted me to have the best so they had a newer piece delivered 2 weeks later!

The bedroom suit we got is great very pleased with the quality.and the delivery team was awesome very professional quick and courteous
