BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH We shopped the chair they said was their top brand. The sales person said that it will become an heirloom, passed from generation to generation. It certainly looked the part and was comfortable indeed. But the chair delivered was anything but comfortable. The seat was hard and not at all like the one in the store. When we complained they sent a young man out to change the pad but nothing changed. When we told their customer service representative we were told they could not change it again unless we paid a $50 fee. The chair cost nearly $2000. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will not deal with this company again and I will speak all the ill will I can about them to all who will listen. I invite all prospective customers to take their business elsewhere.

They are the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my nearly 43 years on this earth. After a lot of money spent on appliances and furniture (ONLY 6 pieces) over a month ago, AND so far 3 screwed up deliveries/attempts at delivery, we still sit at our new home lacking our complete purchase. One of their store managers even took it upon himself to change a delivery date without first calling us. Absolutely shocking incompetence and the worst customer service-- selling and delivering furniture isn't rocket science. A monkey can be trained to do it. Get it together, Big Sandy. It is a difficult task for busy working people to be available for a store's delivery screw-ups. Has anyone else had a horrible experience with these clowns??? Jeff Stutler and Rickey Carpenter

They lie and are minipulative and are the worst company to have. They lied about the in store credit we were to receive after paying are appliances off. They told me it was because of my past payment history when they told me I was fine all I needed to do was pay my late fee. All I have to say is do not buy anything with Acceptance Now they are all a bunch of lies and thieves the scam and hurt your pockets for nothing.

Let me say THANK YOU BIG SANDY!! Your absolute lack of professionalism and non existent customer service has inspired me to take all of my business and hard earned money elsewhere. I could detail all the terrible issues that occurred between my household and Big Shady management Lancaster Ohio, but I will just encourage you the reader to google search my review on the Better Business Bureau website - as written by Sean B. I cannot begin to truly express how disappointed and disgusted I am with these incompetent asshats at Big Shady. Their management approach is insulting & laughable at both the local and corporate level Their customer service is insulting and nearly non existent Their interest in making their customer happy is snuffed out by their extreme greed and foolish management decisions. Big Shady has no desire to make customers happy, only to sell and not back more junk product as fast as possible. My family has erased Big Shady Stupidstore from our memory and moved on. You should do the same. Their utter lack of professionalism and customer courtesy inspired my wife and I to return our entire purchase and find an honest and forthright furnishings provider for our household which we did. We have only Big Shady to thank for inspiring us to shop somewhere else.

Extremely frustrating process and would never make another purchase from this organization: While we enjoyed the actual sales process and liked our very knowledgeable sales person, it has been near impossible to get our actual merchandise. We had to reach out on our first delivery date to follow on our delivery just to find out our products were damaged. Then had to follow up again to find out the replacement was stuck in customs. Then when we received part of our order, it showed up 2.5 hours after our 4 our delivery window. Then we had follow up again to find out the status of our remaining item to find out it was in stock and no one called. Then our delivery was canceled without our knowledge again no one contacted us. We eventually got our order scheduled but 1.5 days before our scheduled delivery time, we get a call that the delivery team was at our home. This was a workday so thankfully we were able to completely rearrange our schedules to let the delivery team in, just to find out that a key part was missing and the product was unusable. Worst experience I have had and management seems to care less as they refuse to call and provide any update. I am making sure to share this experience with anyone I meet!

We purchased a dinning room set. A table, 4 chairs, and 2 matching cabinets. When they delivered the furniture the table and chairs were fine. But when they brought the cabinets in the house they were not assembled. The delivery men said it was not their job to assemble them, they assumed they were already assembled. That was one day of work wages for me. Set new delivery day, same thing happens. It was like GROUNDHOG DAY! After numerous phone calls they were instructed to assemble the cabinets here. BIG SHADY calls this their white glove treatment. Only this time they brought the same cabinets. The first one was the cabinet which was still opened from the previous delivery, and now it was damaged. So they attempt to assemble the cabinet in the delivery truck. After approximately an hour and a half they knock on my door and tell me they can't assemble it and will need to take it back and order another cabinet. So BIG SHADY has made me loose 2 day wages and I still don't have they cabinets we purchased. My advise to anyone who considers purchasing from BIG SHADY, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

BIG Sandy is the Biggest scam in furniture industry !!! I had the worst customer service experience ever in my life, no respect for returning costumers !!! recently I order bedroom + dresser before I place the order I call to ask and confirm if they have items I want in stock and they confirm. I place the order online and next day I got a confirmation email with order number and delivery frame and they process the payment so based on that information I ordered the rest of bedroom set from another store. ( they ware out of stock for nightstand and chest). Then just the day after they send me a new email to inform me they cancel my order because of price mistake they made and they increase the price. when I call them to explain they already confirm another price and charged me for they ware rude to me and no understanding about my situation.

I BOUGHT A BED , ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO, THAT WAS VERY COSTLY AND A LITTLE OVER A YEAR WENT BY, RIGHT WHEN MY WARRANTY WENT OUT AND THE LEATHER STARTED PEELING OF THE HEAD BOARD. THEY WOULD NOT NO ANYTHING TO HELP, THEN ABOUT IT, I DID GO BACK AND GET A LEATHER SECTIONAL 1 1/2 YEARS AGO, WRITE BEFORE MY YEAR WARRANTY WAS OVER . I REALIZED THAT THE SEEMS IN MY LOVE SEAT HAD BUSTED LOOSE AND THE LEATHER WAS PEELING , THEY DID REPLACE IT , BUT NOT EVEN A MONTH LATER THE LEATHER STATED COMING OFF THE ENTIRE SECTIONAL., I CALLED THE STORE THEY SAID THEY WOULD SENT SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AT IT , THEY CAME AND TOOK PICTURES, THEN CALLED ABOUT A WEEK LATER AND SAID THEY NO LONGER CARRY THAT COUCH IT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED, AND SO HAS THE LEATHER ,SO IT CAN NOT EVEN BE REPAIRED, THERE HAS BEEN SEVERAL OTHER ITEM'S BUT THOSE WHERE MY 2 REALLY BAD EXPERIENCES AND SINCE THEY OFFERED TO DO NOTHING. I REFUSE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND THE SAD THING IS ALMOST EVERYTHING IN MY HOME HAS BEEN BOUGHT FROM THEM AND THEY JUST DIDNT CARE. NOW THE HOLIDAYS ARE COMING UP AND I REFUSE TO LET ANYONE COME OVER, BECAUSE I AM SO EMBARRASSED. I HAVE NEVER WROTE A REVIEW BEFORE. BUT I AM SO UPSET . I JUST COULD NOT LET THIS ONE GO.
