I really enjoyed shopping at the…
I really enjoyed shopping at the Ashland store. They didn’t pressure me and answered every question I had. My new TV looks great above the fireplace! I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent service and selection
Excellent service and selection. Charles at Polaris did a great job following up and answering all of my questions. Delivery was on time and the guys installing my dishwasher were very friendly! Highly recommend!

Great Experience!
Justin Watson is a fantastic sales representative at your Polaris, Columbus, Ohio location. We bought an entire kitchen appliance suite with his help. End to end the experience was exceptional. He followed through with the whole transaction, delivery was also exceptional. The installers were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We would definitely shop here again!

Had a great experience
Had a great experience at the new Zanesville Ohio store. I went in to get a certain kind of bed for my mom. Met Randy Karns , a very knowledgeable person of the bedding department. This fellow knows a lot about customer care. We had a problem with the bed, nothing big, but he came out on his time and took care of the problem, Immediately. This store has great people. Thanks again

Great experience all around
I had a great experience at Big Sandy in Southridge. I went to look for a sectional and worked with a super nice lady named Loretta. She really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Then she took me to work with Darren in bedding. He immediately put me at ease and helped direct me to the perfect mattress. When we finished and went to the front desk, the girls were really friendly and helped cement that I made a good decision. I will definitely be back for my dining set before Thanksgiving!

Jason Sexton helped me tremendously I came in looking for a refrigerator and I wasn't sure on what I wanted. But I explained to Jason and he hooked me up I'm so happy with it... you rock Jason Sexton he's really great at his job.
