I had no idea how much went into this process. BigMailer really took care of me and helped me understand every step of this process. I had a bumpy start after COVID-19 left our mailing lists fallow for more than a year. Lilia especially pitched in and assisted with everything while teaching me what I needed to know.

After evaluating many other ESPs, BigMailer just hits the perfect spot for my company. They listen to their customers and build the features we need.

The support team is always very responsive! They give great feedback when need and can assist with any issue, usually within minutes.

Lilia has been the best and easiest to work with. I am blown away by her customer service! I am currently just on their free plan - and have never had so much help like she gives me!!! I highly recommend BigMailer and will be moving up as my contacts increase and pay for the great services they provide.
