Wrong part sent-my fault?
I ordered a mud flap for my Ford Transit. The part arrived in a carton with the part in a plastic bag inside the carton. The mudflap was for the other side than what I ordered and the bag was open in the box. The bag did have the correct part label on it . The side I ordered was substituted before shipping with the wrong part. Customer service insisted i ordered the wrong part even though I provide photographic proof. I eventually got credit for the part but still paid for shipping.
