Long time user since around 2000 or so, occasionally fails, but so rarely that it almost never does. You might lose auctions, but only when you are outbid. And if they want it more than me they get it. With ebay autobid, it works kind of like how capitalism is supposed to work but never does because in the normal course of things, people with more information can take advantage of these knowledge gaps. With bidnapper and ebay autobid, it becomes a silent auction. You bid the most you think you want to pay for the item and you either get it for less, or you get outbid, either way is fine if you know the most you are willing to pay.

I subscribed to Bidnapper in May 2014 and am thrilled. I love its "set and forget" reliability. I'm truly mystified by any bad reviews. Provided I input the maximum I'm prepared to pay, without fail it delivers that bid in the last 5 seconds (I retained the default setting). I've only missed out when another bidder inputs a manual bid on auction close with a HIGHER maximum (in which case I was ok with losing, because I always put a max slighter higher than desired). I'm in Australia and I've won auctions because local internet networks have failed (I know as the seller would tell me I got a great price, as other bidders in a bidding war at the end complained their bid didn't get through on Australian eBay when mine did). The only caution for Australians I have is a potential 2-hour window of vulnerability every year ... in the hour lead up to when US daylight saving starts & ends (7-8pm Australian time, on a Sunday in March & Nov)... about 8 years ago I had a bid lodge an hour early...I still won but it drove up the price. So I if I have an auction ending in those 2 hours every year I do it manually. The issue may have been sorted, and at the time Bidnapper readily accepted what happened and gave me a discount on my next yearly instalment as compensation (Americans are terrific with customer care, wouldn't happen in Australia :)

They gave one bid..my max and left enough time for the other bidder to respond and cost me a simple win with a weak bidder on a cool item.Total junk ..I'd like to use a stonger expletive.Phhht lol.

Purchased 10 snipes for ebay for $19.95. Snipes were good forever until I won an auction with it. Site said "no added fees." Mistakenly bid on 11 items, and was charged an additional $19.95 without my knowledge or express permission. Now I have 20 snipes. Won 2 auctions but the snipes did not go through. Some strange error that customer service said they didn't recognize. Asked for tech support to resolve this issue and got NONE! My opinion is ... go elsewhere, NOT HAPPY WITH BIDNAPPER OR ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE
