Ocean West Auto Group LLCReviews of bidexport.com

Excellent customer service. All communication was handled through the chat feature on their website, and my order(car) was delivered on time.

All of my deposits have disappeared from the transaction history. I have reached out multiple times and have not received a response. If the funds are not returned within the next three bzn days, I will be forced to file a fraud dispute with my credit card company.

Great!!!!!

I put $400 on my credit card to allow me to bid. There were no bids on the vehicle, but I bid $500. An email confirmed my bid, then their website showed the vehicle as no longer available. The website history showed that I had never made a bid and there is no record of the vehicle. I will file a fraud alert on my credit card if the money is not back in 3 days.

Bought 2 vehicles from them so far, once you get used to it it's no problem it's a gamble buying a salvage vehicle, every time they have been better than I thought they were going to be. Bidexport seem to be fine to deal with I live in York it makes it convenient because they deliver the car to York.
