A 3-Year Parts & Labor Warranty That Leaves Customers Paying for Repairs
I purchased an Alpha UXT Pearl integrated smart toilet from BidetKing in April 2026. Less than five months after installation, the heated seat failed. Although BidetKing supplied a replacement part, the repair required removing the entire toilet from its floor seal, dismantling the internal electronics, disconnecting and rewiring components, and reinstalling the toilet with a new wax ring and sealant. Their alternative was factory service, requiring removal and shipment of the toilet, a minimum 14-day loss of use, and professional reinstallation at my expense. For a permanently installed, 110-pound plumbing fixture, this is an extraordinarily unreasonable warranty process. Despite advertising a three-year warranty covering 100% of parts and labor, BidetKing refused to reimburse the $300 I paid a professional technician to complete the repair. No replacement toilet or local repair service was offered. A warranty that supplies parts but leaves consumers responsible for complicated repairs and substantial expenses is not what most buyers would reasonably expect from “100% parts and labor” coverage. Prospective buyers should understand these limitations before purchasing an expensive integrated smart toilet from BidetKing.
