I'd give zero stars if that were an option. They request invasive amounts of personal information, and still make it impossible to access your own account. I don't know how they even still exist - it's a completely fraudulent company.

Biance.us allowed an unauthorized person to access my account and steal all of my money. It happened as soon as I opened the account. An inside job? Probably. Who else would have known that I had opened an account with Biance.us? Terrible customer service. For months now, I have been trying to get my money back. They keep stalling and giving me excuses. I have hired a lawyer and we are getting information together to file a lawsuit against Biance.us.
