Peace, love, and WOMEN!!
First and foremost, this program is so much more than fitness. It’s community and the healthiest form of self‑therapy I’ve ever experienced. Not only do you get two incredibly knowledgeable and kind‑hearted coaches, but you gain a group of women who will fill your heart with encouragement and positivity. I joined this program at a very low point in my depression and self‑image. My goal was simply to get some part of my life back on track, starting with my health. I never expected to find the degree of healing I have. One of the biggest gifts this program has given me is the ability to set boundaries both with myself and with others. I’ve learned how to honor my limits without guilt, how to protect my energy, and how to recognize my worth in a way I never had before. I’ve found strength in knowing who I am and patience in allowing myself to grow at a pace that feels right. That alone has been life‑changing. The workouts and meal plans are realistic and tailored to your personal goals. Nothing feels generic. Your coach is with you every step of the way, adjusting things when life gets chaotic and supporting you through the rough patches. There’s always encouragement, always accountability, and always understanding. I feel comfortable going to my coach with any requests or concerns. Its discipline met with compassion. Beyond fitness, you learn techniques for healing your mind such as journaling, meditation, and self reflection. I can’t express enough how thankful I am for this program. It has been a lifeline for me in navigating depression and anxiety, and in learning how to take care of myself through all of it. I couldn’t be more grateful for my coach, Kiley (love you <3). It has meant the world to have someone who truly understands my journey. Someone I can confidently call a friend and one of the kindest, most genuine people I know. Her support has been steady, honest, and deeply human. She is a breath of fresh, beautiful air.. as are all the women here. Another thing I absolutely love is how centered this program is around WOMEN. Being here has made me proud to be a woman in a way I’ve never felt before. There’s something incredibly powerful about being surrounded by women who show up for themselves and for each other with so much heart. I’ve always loved being a woman, but being part of this group has made me damn proud of it. The strength, the softness, the resilience, the honesty, we celebrate all of it together. The women here come from all different backgrounds and are in completely different stages of life, yet we all find success in our own ways. And we support each other like we’re each other’s biggest fans. It’s rare to find a space where you feel so safe, so seen, and so genuinely cheered on. This program didn’t just help me get healthier, it helped me rebuild myself. And for that, I am endlessly grateful. I am still a work in progress, but this program helps me remember that it’s an exciting thing to be.
