I had ordered a Adams Golf Set because of the cheaper price. It has been almost Four Months since I ordered it and still have not received it. I tried to get my money back but Visa said they couldn't help me. I lost over five hundred dollars.

bought a cart and clubs for approx 1100$, never saw the items. because of his stalling tactics the creditcard company refund policy of 3months was overdue and never got my money or goods after a lot of mails and refund requests, not to mention the phone charges. Can't file suit against him because I live in Europe because I have to be there to testify. Wrote letter to state attorney who are also investigating BHM but informed me they aren't doing this for individuals. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD
