Unsafe Conditions, Discrimination, and Neglect — Stay Far Away from Beach Front Property Management
My experience with Beach Front Property Management was marked by serious safety issues, discriminatory treatment, and gross mismanagement. Management removed fencing that had previously secured my backyard, leaving my home exposed to intruders with no warning. They also ignored repeated complaints about a dangerously low perimeter fence, which allowed an aggressive dog to lunge at tenants — even after documented County noise complaints. Without any notice, Beach Front began a full roof replacement project, leaving debris and cutting off internet service. Their response when I contacted them was simply, "My bad," with no plan to fix the disruption or acknowledge the harm caused. Maintenance issues, including reports of gas smells, were routinely closed without action. Trees were destroyed without notice, resulting in severe flooding on the property. They also disabled my rent payment portal without explanation, violating California Civil Code protections requiring a non-cash option. On top of the negligence, I experienced inappropriate homophobic remarks from a staff member, and my detailed emails citing code violations and safety concerns were ignored. Beach Front Property Management treated legitimate tenant safety concerns with contempt, exposing tenants to harm both physically and emotionally. I strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice.
