BezitReviews of bezit.co

Bezit is amazing. Saved me over $950 on this year's property taxes. Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The company only charges 10% on the tax amount it saves! My old protest company charged 40% and they never got my rate down in the past 3 years (plus they used an underhanded tactic to try to automatically switch me BACK to them). The website is extremely easy to use and very intuitive. Bezit handles EVERYTHING. Highest recommendation!

Finally understand my property tax bill lol. Bezit’s View My Property Tax Bill puts everything in one spot — what I owe, payments, and how my home value changed every year. Couldn’t find this anywhere else. Always confused why I paid my taxes to both Denton and Collin counties, now I do. It actually showed me where my taxes go and if my house was priced fairly. That alone sold me. Signup was easy. They explained all the homestead stuff and confusing numbers in plain English. 10% success fee, no upfront cost, and they only get paid if they save me money. Better than everything else I looked at. Tried it and got results. Happy I did.

This is the second year Bezit protested my property values. This year it reduced the market value by 55,000 and it resulted in 250.Homestead cap is now more than the market value. So every dollar reduced going forward will result in tax savings. Best part is that I got the full analysis of my report. With that report, I feel I did not over pay and under pay. My house is now fairly valued when compared to the 20 other sales happened in my neighborhood. It was a pleasant experience.
