Erika organized and presented ITIL concept exceptionally well. She kept the class focused with excellent pace and interaction. Everyone enjoyed her course.

I learned quite a lot, the instructors and employees were excellent. Would definitely go back.

Jesse is an excellent instructor who has the combination of development experience prior to agile scrum and with the application of the scrum techniques so that he can explain the differences and benefits of the scrum technique. The instruction walks you through the concepts, the theory, the process and the specific techniques so that you know why you are doing what you are doing and can put the concepts ahead of the tactics. I would strongly recommend this instruction with Jesse to anyone interested in learning how to put the Agile Scrum methodology into practice effectively.

I enjoyed the course very much. The instructor was excellent, knowledgeable and made all the course materials easy to understand. I would recommend this class to anyone willing to take it! One of the best courses/instructors I have ever taken!

The training I got with Jesse from Beyond20 was superior to most other training I've received. He was engaging, the class was well-managed, and learning occurred at an an efficient rate.
