Beyond been one of my best training institutes I have come across. I definitely recommend this to others.

I was skeptical of passing because I am not a good test-taker. The training was so good, there was no way I was not going to pass. There was a lot of information provided in less than three days. Andy's techniques broke the information down and presented it in ways that we could successfully absorb that much material. It wasn't all lecture - there were visuals and skits and matching games -- fun stuff - a variety of methods to accommodate all types of learning styles. I will definitely take additional classes with Beyond20 - they went "beyond" traditional training classes.

Andy did a great job with the training. He made it relevant in more than one way. And utilized methods for every learning style. He also recommended future classes.

The instructor was very good. I would highly recommend this presenter. The course was informative and I walked away with additional tools in my IT toolbox.

Andy Rivers did an awesome job in keeping the training fast-paced and entertaining. He also took into account that the trainees are working professionals with pre-occupied brains and commitments and made sure the sessions were drilled into our brains. He was also very good at providing real life examples to help grasp the concepts better. What was expected to be a boring 3 days sure went by fast!

Not only did I learn what was necessary to pass the ITIL exam, I also learned how the ITIL framework integrates with PMBOK (and where it doesn't, as well!). The instructor was not only knowledgeable on the course content, she was also experienced in the field as a consultant, so she was able to bring a number of real-life examples into her presentations, which helped a ton. One last thing I will mention is that the facilities were nice and very conducive to a good learning environment. All that adds up to a good success in my book.

I had attempted to be certified in ITIL Foundations once before, a few years back, by another contracted instructor, and did not achieve certification. A significant percentage of my fellow students in the class also did not achieve certification. This time, Beyond20 prepared me for the certification test far better than I was prepared the last time. I achieved certification as well as did every other student in the class.
