Beyond Love earned my five star rating. I don’t do five star reviews unless I believe in the company. I admit that I had an issue with one item I received. It was too late to reorder, so after submitting a photo showing the error, they graciously gave me a full refund on the item. The shipping time was what I expected (approximately two weeks). They were prompt to respond to my emails and take care of the issue. During my several correspondences with the company they expressed a strong desire to do better in the areas in which they had previously had problems. They were and are diligently working to make quality control, faster shipments and customer service top notch. Any company who admits there is an issue (whether quality, shipping or whatever) and is actively trying to correct it, deserves a great review and future purchases. The items I have purchased (as gifts) are just beautiful and excellent quality. I will be ordering more from them, because all companies have growing pains and as long as they are working to improve, I will support them by being a faithful customer.

First time buying from here and I must say at first I was skeptical but I went ahead and ordered a necklace that came with a matching bracelet for my boyfriend and I can’t put into words how beautiful they are. I actually ordered two charm pendants for my wife. I received one last week and it was delicate and beautiful and the Rose box was very very beautiful. Today I received the second pendant and I wasn't sure what to expect really but it was actually more beautiful than the first. I love Beyond Love and what they sent me is absolutely gorgeous.
