I placed my order as a gift for an exciting product which I never come across before (engraved pendant with a rose and message), the product arrived well-packaged, in a lovely presentation box. However, I managed to order the incorrect colour which led me to communicate with Kaan and the team, who went through my order process, with the fault being mine, which I acknowledged. Still, the team at Beyond Love made an extra effort to put it all right for me, making my case feel so special, which I have never experienced with any other company. I ordered the Luxury Bracelet Set "To My Man - Straighten Your Crown (Crown Charm Bracelet) for my boyfriend for Xmas and our anniversary. After purchasing my order, I had realises that I had bumped and selected the wrong colour . I sent an email straifht away after my purchase and i got an email sent back within an hour and the request to change the colour Bracelet I was ment to order had been applied and approved. I was so reeaved after that and I waited for my order to arrive. Within a week and a half the Bracelet came and it was the right colour. I am so glad that I was able to email them and get the colour changed, or I could have just got matching ones for both my boyfriend and I. I had never ordered from Beyond Love website before but I am super happy with my purchase from them. Great quality and exactly like the images on the website with excellent service. I highly recommend

I bought this gift for my wife of 26 years for Xmas. The rose is beautiful and the necklace is perfect. As it was getting close to Xmas I was worried the order may not arrive in time but when I contacted customer service for an update they assured me it would arrive. And sure enough it did. Thank you Beyond Love. Hope my wife loves it when she opens it on Xmas morning.

I purchased the 2 connected hearts for my son to give his gf as he doesn’t have a credit card. Initially when I ordered I totally forgot to add names! I quickly emailed support and they said they would happily fix it. When the necklace came in, my son showed me. It is such a cute necklace!! The names are a cute added touch as well. Highly recommend this purchase.
