Unpaid Invoice for Rendered PR Services
Our agency, After Comma, provided PR and content services to Be Well Medical Alert Inc. under a signed agreement. All agreed deliverables for the service period from December 3, 2025, to January 3, 2026, were completed and delivered on time, including the final PR report provided on December 22, 2025. The invoice for $2,775.00 was issued on December 22, 2025. Be Well Medical Alert Inc. did not dispute the quality of services or the invoice during or immediately following the service period. Despite multiple follow-ups and a formal legal demand letter sent in June 2026, the invoice remains unpaid. Vendors and contractors should be aware of payment delays and contractual non-payment issues when working with this organization.
