BeveragefactoryReviews of beveragefactory.com

Do not order anything for delivery. Their white glove delivery is not white glove. They showed up without notice. They told us that they could not provide any floor protection. They scratched our wood floors dragging the wine cellar across the floor. They were rude. Customer service provided no help.

We ordered a WKL 6000 wine cooling unit in December, 2025, with a rear drain installation. In January, we called because we noticed there was no condensation running through the rear drain tube. We called several times, and we were told this was normal. Later in the spring, we noticed the unit had been leaking out the front, staining and ruining a shiplap wall. The rear drain assembly never worked properly. When we contacted Beverage Factory and Breezaire, we were told it must have been shipping damage and needed to be reported within 60 days... although this wasn't possible, because the "damage" was not visible to the eye. We believe the rear drain assembly was installed incorrectly, as we have since determined that lifting and pulling up on the drain tube allows water to drain from behind the tube. Breezaire and Beverage Factory both declined to offer any assistance, only telling us we could ship back the unit for inspection at our cost. So much for a 1 year warranty.

We have had ours 3 weeks and it worked for one day. Very unhappy with this product. Beware of this company - they don’t stand behind their products.

The company falsely advertises the quantity of wine a unit can hold. And then they basically ignore attempts to contact them and respond until after the return date has passed.

Nice selection of fridges with good information and prices. Fast shipping. Would purchase from again.
