I've been trying to tell them that I have not recieved my redemption of $50. They keep telling me my redemption was approved and sent. I NEVER recieved it. I sent them my transaction history as well! Update: I've contacted the bank, they dont have any deposit from them, and giving me a transaction history to sent to them. So ive never recieved my redemption. And im having a hard time with them to rectify it. I asked if they can cancel it and I'll try another card, that didnt work either.

True instant redemptions , after redemption is approved. It only took less than an hour to approve and then was immediately available in my bank account! Great game variety and RTP is on point! Highly recommend

Update on my “redemption” Three days I have waited, I tried putting it onto my debit, to come back 10 minutes later, to find it on my balance. Messaged support, have EMAILED SUPPORT. Dude named a Joe said their specialized team was working on it, they keep saying that its being processed but, it repeatedly keeps getting back onto my balance. Email Support Sucks. I tell them again what is going on, Dude named Joe told me to use the bank transfer option, pfft, done just like the Card transfer.. I keep finding it back onto my balance, They keep saying “Please rest assure, we are making your request high priority , we’re sorry for any inconvenience “ Actually now that I am thinking about it, when you redeem? it doesn’t say at all who the provider that the payment goes through. Please don’t play here. its too much a headache and frustration. I will be back on here to update once again at later on.

Waiting on the redemption to work...till then I'll change my review

I am blown away that there is no reviews on this Casino. I give three stars only because I tried to redeem, at 3 a.m, 3:10 a.m I got one email saying they got the redemption info. 1 p.m I checked my email, heard nothing. Looked back onto my acct on the casino, my balance was back on my balance. Still waiting on a email grom this platform. Ill change my review when it hits my account. kinda have a bad feeling, since there is no reviews. This is gonna bite me in the butt.
