Thank you, Clif, for your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding both the shipment temperature and the quantity provided. Regarding the medication arriving warm, the medication remains stable during transit under normal shipping conditions, even if the ice packs have thawed by the time it arrives. As for the quantity, our treatment plans are based on 28-day cycles (4 weeks), not calendar months. A 6-month prescription consists of six 28-day treatment periods, which is why the quantity prescribed is calculated based on those cycles.
