International orders do not show a calculated shipping cost at checkout. Instead, the shipping charge appears to be determined after the order is placed, and the customer is billed without prior approval. When I raised a complaint about this, my account was removed rather than the issue being addressed. Overall, this gives the impression of a poorly managed operation with non existing IT systems weak billing transparency and childish customer service.

Dure aanschaf: ik heb slechts twee van de vier bestelde potjes geleverd gekregen, de shippings costs worden dan wel erg hoog. En houdbaarheidsdatum van beide potjes is 03/2024. 😭

I found a cheaper product here than in UE, but I had a problem with Spanish customs and unfortunately the ítem was turned back and it was lost. Kaz , betterlife assistant, communicated all the time about the process arround 3 months, constantly updating just I was asking for the items. She was opened from the first moment to make me a refund and and assumpt the 100% of the lost so the service instead of the failed shipping was simply excelent and trustable. I highly reccomend buy here at least in America
