Program is easy enough to use and maintain. Only complaint is the website is not as visually appealing to those who sign-up as it could be. Otherwise great program with great features.

We use Better Impact for managing our teams of volunteers across a range of activities in our council, and it has greatly facilitated both our hours management and record keeping tasks.

We have used this system to manage over 400 library volunteers and have found it convenient and fairly easy to use. It's been very helpful in organising all of our data so that all of our managers can access it. The reports have saved us time and the information on our volunteers is now in one place rather than us storing it in different spread sheets etc. The help sheets are very good and the staff at Better Impact have been very helpful too.

We've only just started our relationship with Better Impact, but they've already been a tremendous help. Customer service is instantaneous and always helpful. The database is rich and full of video tutorials which makes it so much easier than reading mass blocks of instructional text. The system itself is amazing compared to what we've used in the past and every day we find new features and helpful functions to use.

Generally my experience of the team has been very positive. Staff seem willing to assist where they can. Good work.
