Emergency Response Team Likes Better Impact
We are a small 40 member volunteer emergency response team in Southern California. We evaluated over a dozen online applications before selecting Better Impact! BI has met our automation needs and their customer service and technical support are spot-on! Adfditionally they are reqularly providing application updates to improve the functionality. Lastly, their pricing is perfect for small teams like ours without compromising value. You will not be disappointed!

Training Modules
I am really excited to implement the Training Modules. We are in the process of implementing a more thorough training process for our volunteers to complete and we want to have it on-line.

Better Impact and the volunteer portal…
Better Impact and the volunteer portal MyImpactPage is changing how we work and engage with our volunteers. It is a fantastic management tool and is helping us to communicate better with our volunteers. The only thing I would ask BI to work on is the reporting functionality as I am finding it a bit restrictive. Other than the reporting I love this system!

Changed rating due to response from Betterimpact which got problem solved
Since DE Humane switched over to My Impact I can't go any further then the home page. i can't see a schedule, can't enter hours. All I am allowed to see is the home page. So to me the site is lousy. Looks like if you came over from the old site, you are locked out from anything but the home page. I have asked the one in charge at DHA but have not gotten anywhere. I can't even access past the home page from my mobile phone browser. I have used all my browsers and even had a fried that is in IT try and he could not get any further then the home page either.

Hi Jan - I am sorry you are having this difficulty. Your limited access has to do with the status Delaware Humane has recorded in your profile. All you need to do is reach out them and ask them to update your record. As the software company that they use, we cannot make changes to any of their information or settings.

Excellent web app to manage volunteers
Excellent web app to manage volunteers. eLearning module is very very poor! My suggestion is to take it out or improve it radically. (I have eLearning education and industry experience). It is not fair to claim to have this function with extremely poor job! In fact, to call it eLearning module is exaggeration!

Hi Ramzan - Thank you for taking the time share you thoughts on Better Impact. Like many function sets we develop in the software, this is starting off as very basic set but has the potential to grow over time based on the suggestions offered by our members. When/if you have a little more time, it would be great if you could click the link on your main page to the suggestion area and add the kinds of things you would like see added. Thanks.

Wonderful to work with
Wonderful to work with. Extremely responsive from the CEO, to the Sales Rep, to the Developer. They are constantly improving their product. I would give 5 stars except for the fact that the reporting capability of the product isn't well developed.

Hi Owen - Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences working with us. When you have a moment, please add a description of the reporting you are looking to into our suggestion portal so that it can be considered in the future. If it would be easier to send me a mockup of the kind of report(s) you need, please feel free ([email protected]). I can't make any promises of course but this kind of feedback is always great to have.
