While some functionality is lacking, it is a good system and exactly what we were looking for. The application itself does not have any type of input auditing so anything can be placed in most fields (letters in phone # fields). There also isn't a way to easily add multiple hours/days at once so hours must be logged each and every day.

BetterImpact has allowed us to keep track of a huge number of volunteer applications we've received this year! It's also enabled us to keep in touch with our existing team of volunteers throughout this difficult year and we've made use of the eLearning function to put some of our induction and volunteer training presentations online! A very handy piece of software, a couple of tweaks to some of the functions would be great but overall brilliant!

During this time of remote volunteering, Better Impact is a clear winner in allowing me to communicate with our corps, post information in a central location and have our volunteers log hours without a glitch!

Thanks to the BI team Hi all, please pass on my thanks to the BI team, especially Andy, Dahlia and other who have been answering my questions. Today we held a training event for 125 people, marked their attendance in one hit with the mobile clock, and they collectively filled all 126 shifts in just two minutes on their mobile phones. Been using Better Impact for our Volunteers now for about 3yrs, program is easy to use from both a Volunteer and Admin side of things. We also use it as our membership database / mailout list / department reporting etc highly recommend

Perfect for access and storage of information and resetting forgotten passwords as an administrator.

Great implementation for any group or company that needs to keep track of volunteers. I particularly like the fact you can pull off reports easily and they can be filtered.
