Better Impact makes managing a large volunteer program so much easier and more efficient. We have a large volunteer program of around 500 volunteers in various roles, both on-site and in the community. From managing rosters (in various roles/departments), reporting on hours and tasks, keeping track of who is (and isn't) 'on the clock', communicating and engaging with volunteers - it covers everything. Volunteers can log into the system and manage their own rosters, log their hours and achievements and stay better engaged with your organisation. We recently added an additional "client" module to our system, allowing us to integrate our volunteer data with the partner organisations some of our volunteers visit. The software is tailor-made by people who are experienced in the volunteer management world and it shows. We love it :)

I work for a Non-Profit Hospice organization (also Palliative Care, Bereavement, and soon PACE) and Better Impact has greatly impacted our success as a Volunteer Department! The level of customizatinon is hard to beat! The flexibility of report runnings accomodates everything I need for my grant, Medicaid, NHPCO reports etc.The customer service is excellent. I love that they have a product suggestion forum - and they actually respond to it! One of my suggestions was recently implemented in the update. Very pleased with this database, it has greatly improved staff and volunteer happiness in our experience.

I have been using Better Impact software for three years . I have never used software that is more user friendly and intuitive. And if you DO happen to have a question you get an immediate response to your query. The training was so easy that I was able to custom design it to fit my work place needs within a very short time. Our volunteers range in age from 18-91 and all have commented on it's ease. If I wasn't working for my current employer I would work for Better Impact.

I am a retired SME/Data Base Manager with 20 plus years as a database management manager with a major communications company. This is the most user friendly data base/scheduling program I have ever used. It is also a powerful data analysis program. Currently using it for a law enforcement volunteer program.

When I was brought on as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Pacific Marine Mammal Center, I started with Volgistics. As I'm sure you all know, learning a new system can have its challenges. However, I was also told that we would be transitioning to Better Impact within a few months of me transitioning into my new role. I can admit, I was nervous. I had finally conquered Volgistics, and now I was given the "fun" task of learning a new system. That's when I met Rob. Rob is a Better Impact guru. He was the one who helped train me through the entire process. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. Not to mention, he will provide some humor to your training. The training's will teach you everything you need to know. Plus, if you find that you have an urgent question, their team is there to assist 24/7. The flexibility of the system is really impressive. It lets you customize your volunteer portal to your liking: design scheme, banner, application, how you want hours logged, etc. I feel that by switching to Better Impact we are not only getting more for our money, but we are also developing a personal relationship with the Better Impact team. Their team truly values customer input and are always looking for ways to improve their system. I am grateful to Rob for keeping me motivated and offering words of encouragement along the way. Better Impact has made our department's life so much easier. We can streamline upcoming volunteer opportunities, volunteers can enter their own hours instead of my two person department entering them, running reports for grants, insurance, etc. is so much easier... I just can't say how awesome I think this program is.
