I can't rate Better Impact highly enough. The system offers complete management of the volunteer life cycle, from advertising, through recruitment and on-boarding, induction, ongoing training, communication, rostering, recognition and exit. I love that the system is completely tailorable to each organisation so it supports our processes and collects the information we need. One of the highlights of Better Impact is that they are always reinvesting in the product and updating features recommended by users of the system. Making it more intuitive, easy to use and comprehensive has made the system even more appealing to my team and I. But above all else, I appreciate the 5 start customer service offered by Better Impact. They have staff across the globe who answer queries in a timely manner pretty much 24/7. They will not only come to the office to train our team and/or volunteers, they will provide training over the phone, logging into the computer and allowing you to watch the process as they go through it with you. And they invest back into the volunteer engagement sector by facilitating user groups, online and in-person conferences.
