Everyone is so helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. When I am frustrated because I can't find something, they are on it. I often work with Mohana, and she is so lovely and helps me solve my troubles every time. A great system, and a very helpful team to help you through as you learn the system and work out the kinks. I've been using this Volunteer Management System since 2015. The interface is very user friendly and the company is constantly adding new features. They really listen to their customers and do a great job of meeting needs.

I love Better Impact! I switched over from another software that was just very clunky. It's possible that the previous one I was using offered some similar features but in 5+ years I was never able to figure that out. It was not intuitive at all. The help videos were outdated and I never once actually spoke to a live person. I started using Better Impact in Jan 2020. Unfortunately, we had to significantly cut back on using volunteers in March (due to COVID) but that gave me plenty of time to really get to know this system. It's fantastic! It is SO flexible. The training videos and articles are very clear and helpful. I've used the chat feature several times and the response time is excellent. The staff has always been extremely helpful, kind, supportive, and able to answer my questions/dilemma in a very understandable way. The system is very user-friendly. Both my staff and our volunteers were excited at how easy it is. Also, the look is very appealing and welcoming. I rave to my colleagues about it and have encouraged all of them to try it. I've been nothing but pleased since switching over and give Better Impact the highest recommendation without hesitation.
