The flexibility and functionality of the system meets our needs without the high cost and high level of admin resource required by other volunteer management systems.

Better Impact software is an incredible benefit to our organization! Previously, I have used other volunteer management software at another organization. By comparison, Better Impact has much more ease of use, expansive features, and is very cost effective. I highly recommend it!

Meg
I have been using Better Impact for 7 months now and it has been super easy to pick up and there are so many functions that we haven't been using that I am discovering that make reporting so much easier. The volunteer app is also very straight forward and simple and easy to show volunteers how to use. We have volunteer from 16 years old to 85 and they can all use it with ease

I've recently joined an organisation that has been using Better Impact for a number of years. I've found it incredibly easy to navigate and the online training videos are incredibly useful too. As part of my role, I've now become a "super user" and am helping to train other team members on how to use Better Impact. The volunteers I have onboarded are all really happy with their experience too - it's easy to use and doesn't take up any of their time.

Thank you for sharing your experiences Victoria. If you're going to Volunteer New Zealand's Volunteering Changemaker's Hui next month, I'll see you there! Tony
