FRAUD WARNING: Three-Layer Descriptor Obfuscation, False Refund Confirmation, Coordinated Operation with SolarBee
Do not use BetterHash.io and do not trust any charge showing "BetterHash.io" or "HASH PAY" on your bank statement. BetterHash.io is operated by HASH PAY sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001142777, ul. Grochowska 207, 04-077 Warszawa, Poland) — a registered Polish VASP supervised by the Ministry of Finance. Their public profile emphasises AML/KYC compliance and regulatory alignment. Their actual operations tell a very different story. FROM THE EXISTING REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE: — Estefania (Spain, Feb 2026): Deposited funds, obtained legitimate winnings, requested a withdrawal. Account was immediately closed without notice. Funds retained. Charges appeared on her bank statement under "SolarBee sp. z o.o." AND "BetterHash.io" — two different company names for the same transaction, neither of which was the casino she believed she was dealing with. — D. Vázquez (Spain, Feb–Mar 2026): Documented the full obfuscation scheme in detail: · At checkout — SolarBee was displayed as the payment gateway · On bank statement — BetterHash.io appeared as the merchant · Inside the card network — a THIRD, different identifier again This three-layer descriptor chain — three different names for the same transaction — is the most sophisticated obfuscation technique identified in this investigation. It is not a technical error. It is deliberately engineered to prevent victims from identifying which entity to contact and to frustrate chargebacks. THE FALSE REFUND — THE MOST SERIOUS SINGLE ACT: D. Vázquez requested a refund. BetterHash.io support confirmed in writing on 26 February 2026 that a full refund had been successfully processed. No refund ever arrived. His bank confirmed there is NO incoming refund and NO ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) on record. When he repeatedly asked for the ARN, he was told to "check again with your bank." Issuing a written refund confirmation with no ARN, for a refund that was never processed, is not a mistake. It is a deliberate act designed to cause the victim to miss their chargeback window. This is standalone fraud on top of the original transaction laundering. WHAT OUR INVESTIGATION FOUND: — BetterHash.io / HASH PAY sp. z o.o. is a miscoding storefront in a coordinated fraud network. The transactions behind the BetterHash.io descriptor were not cryptocurrency purchases. They were payments to Libernetix OÜ and/or Orbios Payment Ltd — two fraudulent unregulated payment processors — routed through unlicensed gambling operators. — The SolarBee → BetterHash.io identity switch at checkout vs. bank statement proves a direct operational link between HASH PAY sp. z o.o. and SolarBee Sp. z o.o. (Reg. 1004929, Warsaw) — both Polish VASPs, both part of the same scheme. — This profile is UNCLAIMED. BetterHash.io has not responded to either victim review. 100% of reviews are 1-star. Trustpilot itself flags this profile: "This company may be associated with high-risk investments." — The broader network also includes Amesomic OÜ (Estonia, same building as Libernetix), SpaceEdge OÜ (Estonia, same postcode), and Unicorn Group AG (Swiss acquirer) as confirmed participants. Complaints filed with: Polish KNF, Polish GIIF, Polish Police, Polish Prosecutor's Office, UOKiK, UK FCA, UK Gambling Commission, Europol, FATF, Visa International, Mastercard. If you see "BetterHash.io", "HASH PAY", or "SolarBee" on your bank statement for a transaction you did not authorise — contact your bank immediately and request a chargeback. Do NOT accept any written refund confirmation without demanding the ARN first. Full evidence: libernetixscam.com | orbiosscam.com
