Betsafe is scam.

Their poker client does not work anymore. Tried sending them a mail with the issue, i have yet to receive a response for 2 weeks.

Tried it once never use it again. U can deposit the money but it will never come through to you acc. Worst app ever

I registered with Betsafe to bet on a sports game that was live. Once registered, I deposited money with a bank transfer (10Eur), and it instantly was sent to Betsafe account, also my bank showed confirmation that it's no more pending, but already in their account. They lied that it's not confirmed my bank account, and I sent them a part screen to prove, then they said that the first deposit had to be made from different account. Now I have to wait multiple days for MAYBE my money to get refunded. AVOID!

I couldn't pass the verification to deposit steps. I click deposit it'll say verify I go to verification it says my account is verified back to deposit you need to verify . I don't need this drama.

This casino is a fraud. They will allow you to deposit but you cannot withdraw at all. Customer service sucks. I was up $4800 after depositing $600 and I could not cash out. Complete fraud! Avoid at all costs. They will not release funds but are happy to take them!

Betsafe is a biggest scam .. please don't play in betsafe .. I am deposit And betted and win but when go for withdraw, then betsafe block my account... You can't withdraw your wining money..
