Awaiting refund from this site it’s a shocking site with poor customer service , no protection at all over uk players no deposit limits , time out etc all has to be done through emails !!!!!!! They never respond I will definitely taking this site to UK Gambling Commission will come back and change review once I get my refunded deposit

Total scam I deposited 5 dollars got the balance up to 89.00 dollars . Did the withdrawal process which cleared my balance to o.oo never received the money. I sent multiple emails to customer support and have only got one email back. This was 8 days ago, I really don't see how there are this many good reviews on here. Yall have been warned don't play on this casino.

right, so i won 1000 euros. i should of been more responsible, but... before this i asked to close my account multiple times. nothing - no response. the chat team are awful - responded with short sharp answers without any apologies or concern or urgency. when i won, they asked for my identification to withdraw which took forever - with no response day after day. when i withdrew my money the money was continuously rejected. me being a gambler and with adhd and autistic tendencies - just saw that money sitting there. to me i ended up spending the lot. it was my fault but frustrating because of the awful feed back. has anyone actually been able to withdraw anything?
