I've sent emails and spoke to live chat on betnuvo around 10 times now asking them to close my account due to me seeking medical help for my gambling addiction, my account remains open today. Shocking site avoid.

Complete scam DO NOT USE!!!! I deposited with crypto and also card deposits neither of my depoists came up on my balance, tryed to speak to live chat they were useless lucky it was only the minuim depoists but still money that I will never see! Do not even try to use this site!

I was asked previously by betnuvo why I didn't deposit again after my initial sign up I was honest and told her I think the minimum deposit of £25 is too high she said she would look into that but I see nothing has changed and that minimum deposit requirement still stands..also I like playing online slots/casino yet about 65 to 70% of the games on betnuvo apparently aren't available in my duristiction which is disappointing.
