Betnova confiscated my winnings after I became profitable. I deposited crypto, completed full KYC verification, and used the site as a normal customer. I played both sportsbook and casino slots. My bets included regular events like Champions League matches and NBA accumulators. All bets were accepted normally by the sportsbook and settled without any issue. When I requested withdrawals, delays started immediately. After verification and waiting, the bookmaker removed around 297 USDT from my balance using “manual adjustments” and claimed “arbitrage / incorrect odds usage”. They only decided there was a “problem” after the bets won. No fraud, no bonus abuse, no chargebacks, no account manipulation. Just a profitable player. Very disappointing experience. Be careful if you are a winning bettor.
