I withdrew £2000 5 days ago and received an email today saying the transaction has failed due to my bank rejecting it. I called my bank and they don't have any record of the payment and betmac refuse to give me any reference number. The BIC and IBAN and name on my account was correct so I don't know why it would of failed. I have now been told I have to wait another 2 - 5 days. After several generic emails I have now been informed it was a technical error on my banks side. I have no choice but to accept this and hope the payment goes through this time.
