Long story short, the book arrived and saw a misprint of my son's name and contacted Be The Book and Mike quickly responded that in my answers to the question I misspelled it but would print another copy and send to me right away w no cost! Such a nice person and great customer service. Can't wait to get the finished product after my mistake so i can give it to my wife. She will be so excited! Thank you Mike Krishnan
